- Shopify Payments
Payment is required in full before orders are processed.
4. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law
7. Professional Installation Requirement
Extensions must be installed by a qualified professional.
Incorrect installation voids any guarantee.
8. Aftercare Responsibilities
Customers must follow all aftercare guidelines.
Issues caused by:
- Incorrect products
- Heat damage
- Chemical exposure
- Sleeping with wet hair
- Skipping maintenance
These are not considered faults.
9. Installation Services — Non-Refundable
All installation services are non-refundable.
Service outcomes vary depending on client hair, lifestyle, and aftercare.
10. Wholesale Terms
Wholesale customers must comply with our Wholesale Agreement. Faults in bulk orders are assessed individually under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect loss
- Consequential loss
- Hair damage from misuse
- Reactions, improper installation, or chemical processes
Our liability is limited to replacing or refunding faulty items as required by Australian Consumer Law.
